(More customer reviews)We own one of these dolls (Hope) for our daughter and we could not be more pleased with her. She is well made and incredibly cute. She is easy to dress and undress with her velcro closures (of course she is typically naked thanks to a two-year old). I have never had to wash her, so I am not sure how she would come through the laundry. Now, we have bought our second Kinder doll, a purchase for our niece, and we are sure she will love it just as much.
Unfortunately, the customer service at Granza, Inc. (the people who make Adorable Kinders) isn't the best, as they did not return my phone call or email with questions I had about my purchase. Thankfully, I found Dulce on Amazon who makes purchasing and shipping a breeze (and free!!!!!).
