(More customer reviews)I bought this Barbie Cash Register for my three year old daughter thinking that she would have fun with it. And while she does have fun with it, it is a cash register meant more for older children. It comes with debit and credit cards that are very particular how you swipe them. If you don't get it at just the right angle, they won't work. And there are lots of buttons you have to push to get it to ring up the total, and to tell you how much change to give back. You can't just push in the nubmers like you would in a calculator. For example, before you can say that the cost for the item is $5.00, you have to enter item, the item number, then the amount, then you have to hit total, and then after you hit total, then you have to hit either charge or cash to put in the amount that the "customer" gave you before it tells you how much change to give. Which brings up my next point, I also don't like that it tells the kids how much change to give. I think the kids need to learn that on their own, so that they can change money in their head. But overall the toy is okay, I would just recommend it for older children.
