(More customer reviews)This was my first order from Olivia's Doll Closet. I ordered two outfits and two shoe sets. I made a smaller order because of the mixed reviews I read and I wanted to see the quality for myself because I am a big doll collector and I also collect doll shoes and clothes for my disney princess dolls. Now that I see the stuff for myself in person I will probably make many more orders from here.
I wanted to first point out that the packaging inside the envelope was very nice but it would have been a better idea to sent it via UPS instead of in the regular mail because the mailman really tries to stuff it in the mailbox and fold it up and I like to keep my doll outfits in good condition. Other than that it arrived quickly and is in good condition. It's a prettier outfit in person. It seems to have been made very well but looks a little delicate at the seams. The sleeves were a bit tiny so you have to work the dolls hands through them but over all beautiful.
The jacket was also very lovely but would have been nice to have snaps to snap it together. The hat was also very pretty but the top was flat, it should have been raised so it can go down on the doll's head instead of just sitting on top.
Seeing some of the other reviewers talk about how their outfits fell apart here and there well, I have one thing to say - I do not recomend these outfits for small children, their kids were probably way too rough on these outfits. They seem to have been made decently and as long as you are gentle with them they should last. I recomend it for older more mature girls, or adult collectors.
Over all, I'm very pleased and will order here again.
