Simple answer is, they are cute, small and allow kids to use their imagination when they play. Grownups often forget that a toy should be a toy and NOT rocket science :) Collectors love these for their unique look,endless assortments and ease of keeping a large collection in a small space. The cost is also fairly small. Each littlest pet comes with a small theme or accessory. they are fairly sturdy and do not have paint on them which will rub off with play. Encourage little ones to play, organize and collect these little toys to stimulate creative play and fond childhood memories. Great value and play value in a small package :)
