Her head hangs limply on her chest, there is a short little peg in it's neck that is supposed to hold the head up but there is not adequate stuffing. It is REALLY fat and weirdly shaped, looks great in the photo but when it comes it looks like a football linebacker's deformed child with a broken neck. Quite cheaply made but nice bright colors. Will be good to sleep on and drag on the floor or drool on but by the time our baby is two, she will be looking for a more realistic dolly. I am disapointed, the dolls in Walmart were nicer quality. I really can't recommend this doll.
