In addition to a fun & cute outfit, Barbie Fashionistas Sassy has excellent hair, right out of the box. She is my personal favorite of the Barbie Fashionistas dolls due to her out-of-of-the-box playability and her ability to look pretty through it all (no rat's nest hair trouble to mess with).
They are available for $10-13 at some big toy retailers, but can be very hard to find, including online.
