(More customer reviews)I bought this doll when it first came out. It seems like back then, the dress and hair were a better quality. I'm guessing that they are making cheaper versions of the past fairy tale dolls because now everyone is buying the Princess and the Pauper fairy tale dolls. Anyhow, she is a very pretty doll. My daughter isn't overly gentle with her toys, and this doll has held up very well, along with her hair. I don't know what all the complaints were about the doll being flimsy. There were also complaints about the length of the hair. Would you really want the doll to have 4 feet of hair? I think when you bought the tower, it came with a long hair extention. I'm not certain of that; I never purchased the castle. Maybe the doll is supposed to be after her hair was cut. My daughter loves this doll and I'd recommend it to anyone.
