(More customer reviews)I bought this as a gift, and my friend called me a few days later to ask, "Was there supposed to be a doll w/ the clothes?" I thought she was kidding, but when I very, very carefully re-read the item description, I saw:
"Includes shoes, socks, gloves, hat and a hangar with the blue coat."
Basically, I got duped by the image shown on the page.
If you search amazon.com for other "doll outfits", you will see that a lot of them show the clothes only, or cut out the face of the doll, or include the words, "doll sold separately" on the image, or in the item name itself
Pajamas, Green Robe, Slippers & Pillow Outfit (DOLL NOT INCLUDED).
My last point -- pretty much any other Madline doll you buy will have her dressed in her normal blue outfit, w/ yellow hat....so why do you need to buy the clothes separately?
Bottom line -- make sure that you want just the clothes when you order this item.
