(More customer reviews)My daughter received this for her 5th birthday. It is cute, for sure, but the biggest drawback is the noise; it's so LOUD! I thought we could leave it on at night and have it function as both nightlight and "white noise" source. It doesn't really work in either capacity. As an end result, she only turns it on when playing in her room.
If your child can sleep through just about anything, this lamp shouldn't be a problem. But to me, it was a little too much money to spend on something we will not use a lot.
