(More customer reviews)I was very excited about giving my daughter this doll for Christmas. It is very pretty, and plays a cute, not-too-annoying song about being best friend princess ballerinas. Seemed like the perfect toy for my daughter, and I was right- she loves it. Only problem-- It is very hard for her to get her to spin. Once I realized she was still in demo mode and needed to be in the "on" position, I thought I fixed the problem. But, unfortunetly she still doesnt spin very easily. It frustrates my daughter, who then wants me to do it for her, and then she gets mad when I can't get her to spin very well either. And then the doll loses her balance and falls flat on her face before I can catch it, not exactly what my daughter wants to see happen to her precious new toy. Also, I have to add, there is something weird going on with its hair. Up by the crown its getting tangly and sticking out funny. Kind of ratty looking. But, I guess this is all just from my perspective. My daughter still loves it regardless, and I guess that is what matters.
