(More customer reviews)My then 4 year old daughter got this doll for Christmas from her grandfather. It is a beautiful doll and so much fun to dress and do her hair which is easily kept with a wide tooth comb, a spray bottle of water, and some baby oil to keep it moist and smooth it out. She loves this doll and sleeps and plays with her daily. It is a lot cheaper from the store than here. It has since lost an eyelash, which is a problem a lot of people are having with this doll. I called the company and told them my daughter couldn't part with the doll long enough to send it to their hospital. They offered an exchange for a new doll as they informed me their dolls are 100% guarenteed. I brought it to the store, two years old, well played with, missing every part of her outfit except her dress, no book, and they gave me a brand new one in the box including the book!!!! Any company that does that gets my recommendation!
