(More customer reviews)I purchased this KidKraft dollhouse for my soon to be 5 year old. It sat in our basement for about 2 weeks before daddy put it together last week and now I'm glad we put it together well before my daughter's birthday in late September. He noticed that both of the lighted chandeliers were broken. I called Oh Toy (who I purchased it from on Amazon) and the lady explained to me that she would need to contact Kid Kraft. Assuming that it would be DAYS before anyone got back to me, my phone rang in less than an hour. Manny from K.K. customer service apologized, and said that two new replacements would be in the mail the next day. How's that for customer service?!! The dollhouse is truly adorable, life-size, and I"m sure my daughter will love it. Love the bright colors too. After my experience with Kid Kraft, I would recommend this product.
