(More customer reviews)The doll in the picture is much cuter. Perhaps the lighting. The doll is paler in person. Very stiff. Difficult to bend and keep in a sitting pose. Cannot raise arms. Hair is not the softest hair. Matted down. Tried to get her hair styled just like the picture. As I said, does not look exactly like the picture. Just found out that it is not intended for play. Already took it out of the package for the birthday girl. I should have bought a doll with more than one review. Live and learn.
