(More customer reviews)Two of the things I love are Barbies and Victorian-era dresses and things! This doll is a beautiful example of the dresses worn by southern belles in the victorian era! She is like a young lady hoping that the man of her dreams will propose or ask her to a dance on Valentine's Day! The pink satin-looking dress is absolutely beautiful with puffed sleeves, red sash, and red faux roses placed on the bodice and trim of her dresscoat below. Her hair is a gorgeous, rare shade of dark brown and intricately curled in cascading ringlets all around! Her eyes are very lovely, interesting shade of green! The packaging is nice as well, with a closed-door type box with full display window and lovely white lace design all around it!
This is definately one of my favorite dolls made for Hallmark! The intricate details of her dress and hair make this well worth any price you pay!
