Some People left negative remarks becuase they didn't realize that the hair was plastic, but thats one of the things that I love so much about these dolls. The hair is plastic it'll last longer and you don't have to worry about your little ones cutting off their hair. I hope to collect all of the 12" Lalaloopsy dolls.
