(More customer reviews)the process 4 me was rlly drawn out 2 get this ONE THING (prbly cuz its my 1st time gttn sumthn frm amazon) but besides that, the product was like new. There was definitely sum wear-nd-tear on the box tho (or it was open b4) but the toy wasnt damaged n anyway, and was missing no accesories. So overall, i was pretty satisfied wit this purchase!
