(More customer reviews)We have a Chou Chou doll this size for our older daughter and I wanted to get the same, or similar doll for my youngest so they could use the same doll clothes. This was priced a lot higher than what I paid for the other doll, but I couldn't find it locally any more. This doll doesn't have disc joints like the older version, so it is a little floppier and doesn't sit up on it's own at all. Still seems to be made with good quality as far as the stuffing and stitches though. Also love the realistic look of these dolls' faces. We have 4 chou chou's now and they hold up great! (Just don't put a doll with "sleeping" eyes..the kind that close when you lay the doll down...in the washer. I completely ruined one because of that). That's why I bought the one without the closable eyes this time. The box the doll was in was also really dusty, like it had been sitting in a warehouse for years.
