They look much more wooden in the picture, they are really bright orange plastic. I was getting them for a house warming gift and was disappointed to give something so cheesy to them instead of what I thought was going to be awesome. I think these are better for children if they like ghouls.
Don't forget to read the fine print!
Otherwise, they do their function and they are cute. So that's why it has 3 stars.
In the end, I would not purchase these for someone over the age of 5. And I would not purchase them again.
I would have felt more comfortable spending $7 instead of $17 (with speedy shipping)

A fun monster twist on an old favorite! This set of six nesting monsters are inspired by 19th century Russian Nesting Dolls. The monster figure separates, top from bottom, to reveal a smaller figure of the same sort inside, which has, in turn, another figure inside of it, and so on. The monsters have cool scary graphics and are made of high grade ABS material. Monsters measures 114mm to 30mm high. Everyone will enjoy taking the monsters apart and putting them back together again and again!
