Well, it's using the Goddess of Africa face sculpt and one widely available Barbie using the same face sculpt, also with pale skin tone and dark hair is the Kimora Lee Simmons Barbie. The Chinese looking baby doll she is holding can be found in other Happy Family sets such as the Happy Sounds dollhouse so if you really want this set, consider cobbling together a viable substitute at a substantially lower cost.
