(More customer reviews)This Barbie is the Hollywood Collections version of Barbie as Glinda the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz and came out in 1995. She is an authentic replica of Glinda as she appears in the well loved movie. There is a picture on the back of the box that shows the Glinda from the movie and the gown looks just like the one that Mattel has recreated. The peach gown is made of layers of sparkling tulle with an iridescent underskirt. She has a clear sparkly crown with a silvery starburst and choker. Of course she has a staff with a silvery star to make sure everything is as it should be in the Land of Oz. Barbie as Glinda has strawberry blonde hair and green eyes with rooted eyelashes. I LOVE THIS DOLL!!!!! I am so happy that Mattel took the time and used the talent to recreate one of the most adored fairytale characters of all time.
