For adult fans of Hairspray, she's a must-have. If you are looking for a gift for a child or a tween, Penny Pingleton is an excellent choice. She's a doll with a real-girl face and shape. Most importantly, she is not dressed like a sidewalk hostess. Today, that's not easy to find!
