(More customer reviews)We ordered this toy for our daughter who is 9. She physically and mentally handicapped plus she has cortical vision impairment. This toy looked like a good choice for her. She loves music and will listen to the songs on her iPod all day. This little dog will fit on her wheelchair tray and is very entertaining. When you plug the dog into the iPod it will "dance" in place and lights flash on it's face. It also gives off the occasional bark and happy type noises as it dances. Our daughter loves that type of thing. With the room lights off she will stare at the flashing lights and get the biggest smile.
I am not sure how the dog would be if you played with it as you would some toys. The speakers are not hi fidelity. I am also not sure how long the batteries will last.
For our purposes, this is a great selection. Our daughter is ecstatic.
