This doll is completely natural inside and out. It is made out of durable fabric and materials. It is machine washable which is a must. I'm sure my granddaughter will really enjoy this doll and it will be a favorite. It is very soft and cuddly, with no parts that can come off. I would definitely recommend this doll.
