(More customer reviews)I was so excited to get this doll by mail order but when I got it, I was disappointed by how different the doll looked. She is much more beautiful on the picture than the doll itself. Her face isn't pretty and is mean looking. Her hair was flat from being inside the box and it just looks very unflattering. The dress is nice, but I was hoping that at least she looked decent. The chocolate obsession barbie isn't pretty either and the citrus barbie has a darker skin tone than on the internet picture. Overall, I think that Mattel should fix their faces to make them look prettier, not creepier.
