(More customer reviews)Hurray for Mattel, for including Barbie's popular toddler sister into her own collectible line! This is a fun doll to have, great for a beginning collector or a little child. As a Barbie collector, I definitely recommend this doll (as well as any other collectible Kelly you can get your hands on) because not only is it adorable, but easy on the pocket, too, as collectible Barbies can get pretty pricey. The doll can either be taken out of or even left in the box, as the artwork on the box is beautiful, great for display. If you're buying this for a young Barbie lover, the back of the box comes with a summary of the story of Little Red Riding Hood, great for storytelling and bonding time between adult and child. I haven't taken it out of the box, so I don't know about durability, but it appears that it will probably last as long as the pink-box line dolls of Kelly's on the market.
