(More customer reviews)These games are definitely geared towards more mature and coordinated kids(Ages 6+). This is such a great concept, a super fun way to teach your child how to play the guitar. The songs are current and fun to jam to. Barbie and her band have an updated look that your child can relate to. You can customize your character with cool rock accessories. There are a total of six songs: I Love Rock and Roll, Do You Believe In Magic, Sk8r Boi, Frere Jacques, We Got the Beat, and Since U Been Gone. The set up of the guitar is very simple. You plug in the cords and play. The game will teach you two 2-note chords and four 3-note cords. It's teaching your child a skill and is fun. I would highly recommend this game and system to anyone. It's fun for adults as well! :)

SO I WOULD SAY THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY! i get it out some times but i only play it for a minute! even my littlele sister only plays it for a minute!

Melissa & Doug Deluxe Wooden Doorbell House Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this toy based on my past experiences with the wonderful quality of Melissa & Doug products--also the fact that my 3 year-old son sat on the floor of the toystore and played with this (w/o batteries) for over a 1/2 hour! He is not the type of child to beg for a toy, but he didn't want to leave this one behind.
We bought it, got the batteries in, and he has been playing with it ever since. However, just hours after playing with it, the locks started falling out of the doors. They pop back on easily, but he can't do it himself. Also, now I have to worry about the pieces getting lost.
I'm really surprised at the shoddy quality of the locks and the doors (you have to pull them open with your thumb--making it easier for the locks to snap out of place). For the price of this toy (I spent $33 on it at a novelty toy shop) it should be sturdier. Since we purchased this on vacation at a resort town, I am unable to return it. I also know my son would be heartbroken if I took it back.
I plan on contacting Melissa & Doug regarding this. I hope they can help out b/c we have been huge fans of their products for years!
