(More customer reviews)For a doll that's only about three inches tall & not wide at all, I wasn't expecting something to be able to withstand rough play. However, I did expect the toy to at LEAST withstand the shipping to my house. Nothing vital broke off, but I was disappointed in the fact that a tiny corner on the doll's sleeve broke off as I was taking it out of the package for my daughter. LaLa Loopsy is adorable, and I do plan on purchasing more of these dolls for my daughter, but if I recieve another damaged product, I think that will be the end of the small ones for us (or at least the ones purchased online).

Graco Doll High Chair Review

(More customer reviews)My 2 year old recieved this as a birthday gift since she is really into playing with baby dolls. She has the graco carseat and strollers which are great. But this high chair is very CHEAP, and I'm not just talking about the price. There is no way that she could take the tray off and put it back on, even I have trouble doing that. The back keeps falling off (the seat is actually 2 pieces, the back of the chair snaps on) and the leg design makes this toy very flimsy.
She does enjoy playing with it still, but I definately would have shoped around for a better, sturdier play highchair. I have seen some wooden chairs for about $10 more. In my opinion it would have been worth it.

Graco Playset with Stroller Review

She loves it, tho getting her doll in and out of the high chair is a bit frustrating for her. She even sits in the play yard and it holds her weight nicely. Definately worth the money!

Disney Tangled Rapunzel Deluxe Story Bag Review

(More customer reviews)FINALLY, a way to get the small sized Maximus! We got the boat toy so we had a small scaled Flynn from that set, but this is the only one that offers the small Maximus. Anyway, this is our fourth Rapunzel doll in this scale and yes, we have the hair braided on all four and keep it that way, otherwise it gets tangled in the neck joint and the arm joints. Nice to have some different dresses, nice that they are cloth and not silicone, nice that they don't have those little shoulder pieces that get lost like other sets, but I will say that the arm holes were quite small and hard to get Rapunzel's hands through. This is the first set that we got that came with a crown in, it is also available in one of the smaller sized sets that was all about hair accessories. The twins have just started playing with this set as we just picked it up today at Walmart, but they are happy to now each have a Flynn, to each have their own Pascal, they were even psyched to have another lantern (they have some already from the boat set), but mostly they're very happy to finally have a Maximus, that's what it is all about. Cute packaging too, might even actually save this package...

Barbie Generation GIRL - International High School Playset Review

(More customer reviews)I collect barbie sets. The more interesting, the better. I bought this one a long time ago. I thought it was very cool that barbie had a high school! It's alright that it is more of a Generation Girl Spin-Off. The two barbie magazines and Office Lounge pictures dedicate more to the generation girl fashion. Nevertheless, it is still all fashion doll!
This has the front entrance to the school, which is rather sophisticated-looking. There is a mural to the left of that (canvas background pullout) and it is a little student-artsy. The pullout panels are also for the Lounge and Cafeteria. The food dishes are decently detailed. The background shows more nutritious food, than not. More then MY high school had. LOL The Lounge pattern shows a copy machine and fax machine. The furniture pieces are a lunch table, green couch, shelf with computer and another fax machine. There are school magazines, fax papers, a spread sheet and a few other office needs. The lockers do open and you may pull their wall down for fun place to schedule a school dance. It comes with confetti but, I would not use it. Messy, you know.
There are school notices, backdrop patterns of a pay phone and fire extinguisher. What this place does NOT have is a classroom. LOL You'd think that would be the most important thing, that Barbie would push. I guess that's what the extra playsets can be for. It is an awesome high school and I am surprised that nobody has commented on this. Still, I don't see any true educational value.
The intercom and radio hookups are okay. You hear yourself more through speaking, then through the speakers.

Calico Critters: Baby Playhouse Windmill Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this for my daughter for her 5th birthday. She has been enjoying Calico Critters since she was two and a half years old. As children grow and interests change, toys often fall by the wayside. I have found that the Calico Critters have great lasting power in our home that make them worth the hefty price tag. Yes it is plastic and yes they are rather pricey, but these playsets and critters have much longevity for creative play. As my daughter gets older, her play schemes get more complex and sophisticated making them worth the investment.
The Baby Playhouse Windmill is particularly cute with the turnable windmill and makes the inside mobile spin. It's nice to combine it with some of our other Calico Critter collections. The attention to detail is particularly enchanting to young children. Being that it is plastic, my two year old did get his hands on it and break off one of the little outside gates/doors, so it may not be ideal for children who play hard with their toys or if you have mischievous younger siblings around. This one like our other Calico Critter products is cleverly and intelligently designed and charms both the adult and child alike.

Calico Critters Hopscotch Rabbit Family Review

(More customer reviews)These critters are made extremely well! They are positional, as their arms and legs are moveable as is their head.
There aren't many toys nowadays that do that , most are just plastic molds of some little animal. Where as these have real fabric clothes and they are soft fur like to touch.
I think the entire line is very cute.... and my 8 yr old daughters were very pleased to receive them for Christmas.
They have never seen them before but liked them right away. I just wish I could have discovered these cute toys a few years sooner.
