(More customer reviews)I have come to loathe all things "Prequel," but when the hype surrounding the (then) upcoming Episode I was at its peak, I enthusiastically bought all of Kenner's 12" figures in the Episode I line, yes, even this Jar Jar Binks (shudder) figure.
Pros - This is a pretty good looking figure. It's detailed and has a good head sculpt and outfit.
Cons - My gripes have everything to do with the character, not this figure. What can I say? Kenner did a good job here.
Despite my feelings about the movie, I have to admit these are some of Kenner's better 12" Star Wars figures. I still can't bring myself to recommend a Jar Jar Binks action figure, but if you're collecting this series it's not like you can pass it by.

Star Wars Episode 1 Queen Amidala - Hidden Majesty Natalie Portman Review

(More customer reviews)I have all the Star Wars dolls, from the 1978 original Leia to the new Episode 1 dolls. I must say that the new Queen Amidala doll is beautiful, and my favorite doll in my collection. Hasbro really outdid themselves. They did a wonderful job in capturing the likeness of the actress Natalie Portman. She has on a handmaiden outfit that is orange with a maroon cape. It looks very Oriental and pretty. She also comes with a hood you can take on and off. However, I only gave this doll a 4 for durability since the outfit has hair snagging velcro. Also her shoes are very small and easy to lose if you aren't careful with them. I would recommend this doll for collectors and for older children who would know how to take care of it. It isn't a very educational toy in my opinion. But it is a great toy for Star Wars fans and those who love Natalie. This is easily the most beautiful doll I own.

Battle Droid Star Wars Episode 1 Hasbro Review

Pros - It's detailed and has a good head sculpt and articulation.
Cons - It's pretty flimsy, and doesn't pose or stand well.
Despite my feelings about the movie, I have to admit these are some of Kenner's better 12" Star Wars figures. The Battle Droid isn't an essential figure, but if you're collecting the Episode I line it's a necessary purchase.

Star Wars: Episode II Mace Windu 12" Action Figure Review

Even from what I saw with the Obi Wan and the Anakin figures, I could guage that the quality of the clothing material used were inferior (plus NO ROBE!) to the Episode 1 figures. As previous reviews have stated, the painted teeth look horrible, and my figures right eyebrow is a little off center. Still, with all that said . . . I'm still really jazzed about a kick... Mace Windu!
