(More customer reviews)My daughter received this Tink doll as a Christmas gift (and we ended up buying Iridessa as well during an after-holiday clearance sale). Both dolls were GREAT! The wand does it's "magic" over the doll when you wave it over the neck area, just around where the little light is. The is nothing in the included directions that says how to make this work, so it may take a little while to get it just right.
These dolls don't have an off switch so if you need to turn the doll off, you must loosen the battery plate. Also, Iridessa and Tink don't have flowing hair. Obviously they are always depicted as having their hair up, but it's too bad there isn't an option where little girls can brush the doll's hair too. Not a big deal, but something my little girl noticed as Silvermist's hair is PERFECT for brushing.
Anyway, these are very cute and fun play dolls. But definitely not meant for younger children or rough play!
