This precious, little doll was purchased for my year-old granddaughter and she has not put it down. It is her favorite toy. She recently began walking and the doll is light enough that she carries it everywhere. This doll is also nice and soft and cuddly. The perfect doll for a one to two-year old.

Bought this for my daughter's b-day 3 days ago. We just opened it and the colors are not changing. The box says "cold" water so I ran it under the sink water...still no change. Very disappointed in this product.

Corolle Mon Premier Calin 12" Baby Doll (Calin Sorbet) Review

Corolle Mon Premier Calin 12 Baby Doll (Calin Sorbet)

My four year old picked this doll out over an American Girl Bitty Baby, she likes it because it's smaller at 12" and she can tuck it under her arm and carry it around quite nicely. It's lightweight and soft, and appealing, I saw some truly ugly baby dolls in my search. My daughter isn't usually into dolls, but she likes this one, it's her own baby. I would recommend this doll for anyone looking for a well made, cute baby doll that is a cut above the usual big box store junk. I only wish the the manufacturer had a better range of clothes to fit this size doll, and that they were more reasonably priced.

Bath Time Bree - DollKraft Review

Bath Time Bree - DollKraft

My daughter just got this toy about a week ago, so this is an early review. She loves that it has real water in the tub, and by pressing the pump water comes out of the shower head. The doll is cute enough, not super adorable or anything, just your average run of the mill baby. The accessories are appropriate for the toy (soap bottle, shampoo bottle, sippy cup, bottle, ducky, shower cap, and lotion bottle - none of them work or have any contents), but my kid mostly ignores that stuff. So far I've seen just about every Barbie and water proof doll in the tub, so that is the real prize here. My main issue with this toy is the shower head angle to the tub. When you press the pump some water goes past the end of the tub and onto the floor. I don't know if mine is slightly off or if this is a design flaw. If the head were aimed a tad lower all the water would go into the tub, but each bath time experience comes with cleaning up a soaking wet floor. Since the material is hard plastic there is now way to adjust where the water goes without possibly breaking it. It is too early to tell if this is durable, so I will update this review in a few months. So far I'd say it lived up to my expectations and is a really fun gift for the youngsters.

Little Mommy Scrub-A-Dub-Dub Doll Review

My mother-in-law got this doll for my not-quite-2 year-old daughter for Christmas this year, after I put it on her wish list. If only someone had told me this doll has holes in it! It's made for the bathtub, but there are holes in the plastic--in both hands, both feet, and the crotch area. That would be fine if the holes were big enough to actually allow the water to drain out, but they're not! The holes are tiny pinholes, and no matter how I squeeze, the doll still has water inside. That water is going to get NASTY very quickly. I guess I can drill or otherwise enlarge the holes enough to get the water out, but it's completely senseless. My mom got my daughter the swimming baby from Walmart, and it is completely solid, no water can get in. Why in the world would this doll, meant to go in the bathtub, be so different? My daughter loves it, she loves giving her baby a bath, but then we have to let the dolly sit on the potty for 5 days to try to drain her out. Big raspberries to whichever designer/engineer decided on this pattern! Phhhhhhhhhbbbbbbtttt. :-P I wouldn't buy this doll again until they stop putting holes in her. I just hope I can make the doll work for us before the water inside gets so nasty I don't want the doll in the tub again.

Gotz 15" Brunette Bath Baby Doll Review

Gotz 15 Brunette Bath Baby Doll

We gave this doll to my daughter for her 4th birthday last year. While it is a lovely doll and she plays with it often, calling it a "bath doll" is something of a joke. If you want a doll your child can take in the bath, then dry off and play with, this is not the doll! It takes lots and lots of prolonged squeezing and drip-drying before she can come out of the tub and be played with (otherwise water keeps dripping out of her joints -- legs, arms, neck, eyes) It is usually several days before ours can be played with dry, and that is only after an adult has vigorously squeezed and shaken the doll several times to get all the water out of her head, arms, legs etc. I thought a bath doll would be solid or sealed plastic, so the water couldn't get in. If I were buying a bath doll again, I would not buy this product.
