This set comes with a grandma doll and a stroller, for taking the family baby (who is included in the original dollhouse set) for a walk.
For some reason, these sets are expensive on Amazon. However, they can be purchased from the manufacturer (Fisher Price) online for less than half of what they are going for here.

Fisher Price Little People Fairy Carriage Review

(More customer reviews)I really like this fairy carriage and so does my daughter. She received the FP Fairy treehouse for her birthday and got the carriage for Christmas, so she was thrilled that this was an extra piece to add to that playset. It is very durable and sturdy and is great for imaginative play. My daughter really liked that she could roll this toy around and is having a lot of fun playing with it so this was a great purchase.
