(More customer reviews)I bought this for my daughter because she picked it out at the store while we were shopping! She loved the way the baby giggled. The baby doll giggles so sweetly..but it's much cheaper in the stores than online. I don't recommend this doll for younger toddler because it's pretty hard to get the doll to giggle. But I must say, this is one of the dolls she will carry around with her...and hand it to me to make her giggle :)

(More customer reviews)This doll is fantastic for VERY YOUNG children. I bought this for my twins who are just turning one. They are in love with their older sister's baby dolls, which they really shouldn't be playing with due to choking hazards. This doll is appropriately sized for a very small child, with embroidered eyes, mouth, etc. It is a stuffed doll, so no problem if your child sucks on it. Very soft, so nice for giving hugs. The small bottle and teddy bear are large enough that they do not pose choking hazards. Yes, the doll is hard for a child to dress, but the kids I think it is most appropriate for are not yet old enough to rip clothes off and dress it. The bed is also soft fabric, another bonus for the very young kid. I didn't know what to expect when I placed my order and was VERY pleased with the result. Perfect 1st birthday gift. Don't even THINK of giving this to an older (say 2 year old) child.
