It was one of his favorite toys!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND... VERY MUCH WORTH THE HIGH PRICE!!! GREAT QUALITY... RECOMMEND PURCHASING A PLASTIC BIN TO PUT EVERYTHING IN AS SOON AS YOU OPEN IT... OR PERHAPS A TOY BASKET... ENJOY!!!!! WE HAVE!!!

Soft Doll Amelie - by HABA Review

(More customer reviews)I got this doll for my one-year-old when she started showing an interest in baby dolls. It is very well made and I can tell it will last a long time. It is not really soft; it feels like it's packed tight with sand. (I'm sure it isn't, but that's what it feels like.) My daughter still snuggles it, though.
The one very minor complaint or warning I would have is that the skirt and shoes are difficult to get onto the doll (even for me), and the shirt and shoes have short strings for tying. No big deal if your child isn't very interested in dressing and undressing it over and over, demanding your help and screaming if you're too busy. ;)

(More customer reviews)My 17 month old daughter and I love this dollhouse. My 4 year old son likes to play with it too. It is very well made and super cute. Everything fits inside. I even manage to squeeze the Lotta and Lilli dolls in there. It is pricey but worth it for such a unique quality item. It is large so don't expect a small child to be able to carry it around. My daughter even sits on the chair made for the dolls. Very cute!

Haba Paola Soft Doll - 15" tall Review

(More customer reviews)My 16 month old daughter received Paola for Christmas and already loves her. She takes her everywhere and has fun trying to dress and undress her. All of Paola's clothes and accessories are well made (not to mention super cute!) and her shoes are velcro which is nice since my daughter can take them on and off her more easily than if they were laces. I like the size of the doll and the fact that it is non-toxic. I would highly recommend Paola to anyone!

(More customer reviews)I wanted to get some wooden toys for my 3-month old daughter instead of the standard plastic ones, mainly to avoid the whole BPA issue. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on them but did want quality. This toy, while being slightly more expensive than others, is a great investment. My daughter clutches the sides and gnaws on the round ring, while the little colorful wooden parts are fun for her to watch. It's her favorite toy (if a 3-month old has favorites). It's exactly as it appears in the picture. The wooden stick in the middle seems sturdy and doesn't appear to have any "give" in it -- I worried it might break easily, but it has withstood my older two playing with it. A great investment!

Haba Nelly Soft Doll - 12 inches tall Review

(More customer reviews)I've gotten this doll for my granddaughter's first Christmas. I am ever so pleased with the quality of workmanship. The facial features are stitched on, she's soft and huggable, just the right size for our little girl, the hair is not yarn, and this doll has no plastic or vinyl on her.
I do have a concern about the laces on the shoes for a child so young, but my daughter assures me that they will be removed and not used until our granddaughter is of an age that they will not longer pose a danger.
I am not purchasing additional clothing for her (although I love the clothing that could be purchased) because I remember that my children's dolls mostly went around naked for quite a while when my girls were little, and I feel it would be better to wait until the dolls stay clothed before making that purchase.
I do recommend this doll. She's just right for us. I can hardly wait for Christmas!
