(More customer reviews)This item is way overpriced. The house itself, including four dolls and a dining table with booster chairs, is widely available for about $65. The furniture sets shown (kitchen, nursery, kid's room, bathroom, one extra doll) are available for a total of about $55 - a grand total of $110 priced separately, for house and all accessories provided.
The dollhouse itself is cute, sturdy. The rooms are well-sized except that they are proportioned to have low ceilings - like having seven-foot ceilings in a home - when compared to the size of the dolls and furniture.
The house is pictured to look like it is full of furniture. If you look closely you will see the bathroom and kid's room are actually split to fill four rooms. There is enough furniture to begin playing with the house, but you may still want to purchase living room, family room or formal dining room pieces - none of which are included.
Buyer beware.
