(More customer reviews)This is an absolutely ADORABLE toy that is worth every penny. The chipmunk is finely detailed and although the fairy's features could have been molded and painted more comely, her overall appearance and "leaf like" wings are unusual.
How often do you see a chipmunk that a fairy can ride on? My daughter flipped over it and I thought it was so clever too. If your child likes forest animals and fairies, well... this is a must buy!

She specifically requested fairies that were not hard like action figures or Tinkerbell but more like stuffed animals. These were perfect! She has carried them everywhere. Disney Fairies Dolls Collector Pack -- 7-Pc. Review

(More customer reviews)I was a little shocked when the product arrived, because the fairies are very small. However, they are the "real" fairy size, which makes them fun to play with. The material they are made of is really soft and bendable. My little girls love to play with the dolls. I gave it 3 stars for educational value, because it does cover creative play, if you think about it. Although pricey, the collector pack makes a nice addition to all the other toys a little fairy can have.

Disney Fairies Pixie Hollow TINKERBELL with Flutter Wings & Pixie Pass Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this Tinkerbell doll for my daughter for her fourth birthday. The doll is adorable and her colorful dress and wings are super cute. There are several problems with this toy. First is that for a young child, the button you press to flutter Tink's wings is very awkward. My daughter's hands are tiny like four year olds are, and are not strong enough to just use a thumb or a finger to press the button, so when she tries to flutter the wings, her own hands get in the way. So the design isn't that great for little children. Secondly, the doll's legs cannot bend at the knee, and her arms are in that sort of bent position all the time, so that if you try to make her look like she is daintily flying, she looks sort of silly. My daughter didn't like that at all. Third, my daughter had this toy for about a week, and then one of the legs popped off. She dropped the doll one time on the kitchen floor and one of the wings broke right off. It was very brittle and it wasn't a long drop, just a little drop out of her hands. My daughter was never rough with the toy, she just played with it as expected. We have reattached the leg several times now but the wing cannot be repaired. While I found this toy to be super cute and very sweet, I cannot recommend it because it just doesn't hold up to a young child's normal play and use.

Disney Fairies Style 1 - Tink 9" Feature Doll Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter received this Tink doll as a Christmas gift (and we ended up buying Iridessa as well during an after-holiday clearance sale). Both dolls were GREAT! The wand does it's "magic" over the doll when you wave it over the neck area, just around where the little light is. The is nothing in the included directions that says how to make this work, so it may take a little while to get it just right.
These dolls don't have an off switch so if you need to turn the doll off, you must loosen the battery plate. Also, Iridessa and Tink don't have flowing hair. Obviously they are always depicted as having their hair up, but it's too bad there isn't an option where little girls can brush the doll's hair too. Not a big deal, but something my little girl noticed as Silvermist's hair is PERFECT for brushing.
Anyway, these are very cute and fun play dolls. But definitely not meant for younger children or rough play!

Disney Fairies Tinker Bell Doll -- 10'' Review

(More customer reviews)This is a cute tinkerbell doll, but in order to make her wings flap you have to press a button between them in the back, which results in one flap of the wings. The button is very hard for a child to press. Also one of the shoes, which is secured with a thin rubber band, fell off because the band broke. A couple of days later the other other one broke. They do not stay on without the bands. That said, my grandaughter still likes this doll, and I was able to secure the shoes with very thin ponytail bands.

When she got it she liked it, but we found out that the wings are thin and flimsy and they don't stay on her very well (they attach with Velcro on the jacket she wears). If I remember right, if the dolls jacket is off, there is no way to put her wings on anymore! When I bought this doll, I was hoping it had the same sturdy wings as another fairy doll that my daughter has (which doesn't attach with Velcro but is attached by inserting a peg-like shape on the wings in a hole in her back),but it didn't. My daughter ended up giving the doll to her younger sister who doesn't care as much if the wings are on or not! I think it is a cute doll but am sad about how they made her wings. I wouldn't recommend this particular doll to anyone who plays with fairy dolls and thinks the wings are important!

(More customer reviews)I ordered this doll which was on major sale at amazon.com. I thought it was sort of cute. When I received it in the mail, I was very pleasantly surprised. The details on this doll were really exquisite and the clothing and fairy wings were really beautiful...for what I paid for it, a really awesome value. I ended up ordering another for my niece and may order yet another for a family friend's daughter. I would definitely order for any young girl that loves pretty dolls, especially if they love the Disney princesses or specifically Tinker Bell. Really quite impressed with the quality of the vinyl Madame Alexander dolls.

Mattel Fairytopia Peony House Playset Review

(More customer reviews)This was a "must have" for my little one to add to her Fairytopia collection. The colors are so brilliant and her imagination seems to be stimulated. She plays with it more than the original Fairytopia land......but the pieces are extremely small and the other Little Land pieces belonging to this collection(cottages,etc.) seem to be even smaller, this can be quite frustrating for the under 5 crowd. At this writing, some pieces are already missing in action, ugh!.
